General Info
Production & Shipping Times are determined by the customer and times can vary depending upon your chosen Production Type and Shipping Method.
The Production Type is how long it takes us to produce your order and have it ready to be picked up or shipped. You will choose your Production Type from the Shopping Cart right before proceeding to the Checkout Page.
The Shipping Method is your choice of UPS Shipping options or choosing to pick up your order at our store location. You will choose your Shipping Method on the Checkout Page.
* All times listed factor in production & shipping on business days only, Monday - Friday.
Orders received during non-business hours will be processed the very next business day.
* UPS Ground Shipping usually averages only 1 to 2 days when we ship locally.
Production Times
Total Production Time is really dependent upon what the customer needs. We currently have three Types to choose from, and Rush Orders are available for an extra cost.
The Production Type is how long it takes us to produce your order and have it ready to be picked up or shipped. You will choose your Production Type from the Shopping Cart right before proceeding to the Checkout Page.
Pre-Order
A Pre-Order is any order that is not needed out of production by the Standard Order date.
Standard Order
A Standard Order is our normal production time of 4-5 business days.
Rush Order
A Rush Order has a 2-3 business day stay in production.

How To Select a Production Time
On your Shopping Cart page, before proceeding to the Checkout page, you will be prompted to select an Order Production Time. You will see a chart of times, like the one above, and you will select your Production Type. You will also need to either type in or copy/paste the corresponding date into the box.
If you select Rush Order, you will then be prompted to select the appropriate rush fee.
Shipping Times
The total shipping time is dependent upon the Shipping Method chosen on the Checkout page. You can choose UPS Shipping options or choose to pick up your order at our store location during business hours.
After your order leaves production, and is ready to be picked up or shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. At this time, your order can be picked up or we will ship it based on your choice during Checkout.

* Real time UPS shipping rates will be included during Checkout.
* 2 and 3 day shipping are generally not available for local shipping, even if a rate does exist when selecting an option. We recommend choosing Ground for local shipping, if you do not need it shipped Next Day Air, because that averages only 2 - 3 days.The listed 5 days generally only applies to maximum shipping distances.
