If this is the first time that you have given us a certain image to use for customization, then there is a one time only set up New Image Fee. All subsequent orders after that use this image will not be charged again for this fee.

All images that we receive have to be manually set up in our computer so that the engraving machine will output the highest quality product for you. Therefore, once we have your specific image set up and a file created for you, you can use that image again on anything that produce for you in the future.
